With the exception of specifically listed promotions on the website, Twins Kitchen Company's delivery policy is listed below.

1. Free shipping with every order over HK$1200 (after discount).

2. Delivery fee will be charged HK$100 for orders below HK$1200 (after discount).

AREAS IN SERVICE

Standard Delivery Service is available to Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories. This service is NOT available in specified areas, including but not limited to the following areas:

                       i. Islands District

                      ii. The following areas in Kowloon: Kwun Yam Hill (Shatin Pass Road towards Kwun Yam Temple), Lei Yue Mun Harbour Road.

                     iii. The following districts in the New Territories: North District (Lo Wu, Sha Tau Kok, Man Kam To, Ta Kwu Ling, Hok Tau and Luk Keng), Yuen Long District (Mai Po), Tai Po District (Lin O and Plover Cove), Sai Kung District (North Tam Chung, Hoi Ha Wan, Po Toi O, Yung Shue O and Tai Temple) and Shatin District (Shang/Ha Wo Che and Fa Sum Hang)

. P.O Box is not accepted as a shipping address.

Orders will be delivered to the address provided by the customer when placing their order. An order can be delivered to one address only. If a customer requires sending orders to multiple addresses, the customer needs to place a separate order for each address.

SHIPPING DAYS AND SCHEDULES

1.The shipment will be ready in 3-5 business days upon confirmation of payment. This might vary depending on stock availability. The shipment for coffee beans pre-order will be ready in 10-12 business days upon confirmation of payment.

2.Under normal circumstances, shipment will arrive at the shipping address in 3-5 business days.

3.Delivery service is only available from Monday to Friday, 11am to 8pm. No delivery on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
