dolos is a new culinary venture brought to life by Joshua and Caleb. The restaurant's name is inspired by the interlocking pathways of "dolos", the wave-breakers that protect Hong Kong's shores from the ocean's force. As a city with a rich maritime history, the dolos represents the connection between the land and sea, and reflects the twins' gastronomic ambitions of bringing together food, city, and people.

This is a celebration of Hong Kong's deep connection to the ocean and its gastronomic potential. The restaurant offers a unique culinary journey that combines Japanese culinary artistry with the freshest seafood, served in an intimate and elegant setting.

The intimate space can accommodate up to 20 guests, providing a perfect setting for a tête-à-tête dining experience.

As wine lovers, we understand the importance of sharing special bottles with loved ones to create memorable meals that last a lifetime. We want to make this experience possible for our guests. dolos offers the guests the option to bring their own wine without corkage charges to enjoy with the meal.
