INTERVAL offers an inspiring mingling spot
The duo worked with local design studio LAAB in designing the minimalist space. The organic elements like algae paint, brass, and marble in the area create a rare Nordic-themed space in town -- and a breathing space in the bustling Hong Kong.
INTERVAL has also hosted interesting pop-up F&B events featuring some of the best bartenders in Hong Kong and around the world. Some of the names include Martin Hudak, Bjorn Frantzen, and Nick Tse.
