Founded in 2007 in Copenhagen, Denmark, the COFFEE COLLECTIVE  is to this day 100% owned and run by Peter N. Dupont, Casper Engel Rasmussen and Klaus Thomsen, Bourbon, Caturra who between them have won numerous world coffee competitions including Wild, ripe berries gold in both the World Barista Championship and World Cup Tasting championships.

Coffee Collective is driven to create the best coffee experiences in the world while helping farmers achieve more value. One of their core values is transparency, which is shown in them trading coffee directly from farmers since 2008. And several times a year, they visit the farmers at the origin to foster close relationships.

At INTERVAL, we pride ourselves in serving great coffees, and we have served Coffee Collective since 2018 as their sole distributor in Hong Kong and China.
